What I eat& how often
I grab a small healthy snack a couple times in the course of the day, which means I eat a little something every three hours. I chew a piece of sugar free gum to keep my mouth busy as well.
What I eat varies. I eat a good breakfast consisting of either eggs {yes, the whole egg},bacon & maybe a slice of low carb bread, or a bowl of oatmeal, or a bowl of cereal with fruit in it, Low carb high fiber wheat bread {Natures Own} Dreamfields low carb pasta, sweet potatoes, lots of salads, with most veggies & meat w/ chipoltie dressing or another low carb/low fat dressings. I also eat fish, chicken without skin, some red meat & string cheese. {READ ALL YOUR LABELS!!!} THIS IS A MUST!! Subtract, all the fibers from the amount of the carbs & that will be your net carbs.

I also eat almonds, cashews & my favorite is Seaport Edamame. I like the Wasabi flavor!! It has a bite to it, but they are good!! I use hot sauce on most everything, to trigger my metbolism. I also eat a lot of fiber & protien to keep myself regular. I drink lots of water { the recommended is eight glasses a day} I even make smoothies with Silk light or skim milk, ice, Matcha Green Tea, frozen or fresh fruit & sometimes put veggies, a bit of honey & granola in it too. I do drink soda every so often, but only coke Zero, like the cherry coke Zero when I can find it . Not into the engery drinks as they have a lot of sugar, which try to stay away from anyway. I have found on of the Monster energy Drinks Called Monster Ultra, White Can, Low Carb & no sugar! I also drink when I can get them is the Starbucks Green Tea ,or the Celsius drinks. I do however use protien powder & drink some protien drinks for replenishment after I leave the gym.
